This Coastal Modern gem in Newport Coast was a full renovation which involved taking down the walls between the kitchen, living room, and dining room to create an open living space that maximized the million dollar ocean view. White oak cabinets and Mont Blanc quartzite create a stunning kitchen focal point while soothing blues throughout the home echo the ocean vista. In addition to the new great room, we updated the master bedroom with custom white oak desk and detailing, We also revised the landing at the bottom of the stairs to better utilized the space by incorporating a brand new bar with wine fridge and dividing the bonus room for privacy. Two bathrooms were remodeled, one light and one dark for contrasting yet complementing looks as well as both secondary bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed worked with these lovely clients to create their dream modern coastal home.
